If you are applying for the Overnight Cleaning role there are many tasks involved, Although not all are listed here are a few that you will be responsible for:

• Back room area tidy and Clean, This includes underneath sink, and pipes
• Take all rubbish out and roll out the bigger bins for the bin men
• Clean bins out, and wash them
• Put all dirty cloths in the wash
• Set all clean cloths in the rack ready to be used
• Empty out Fat strippers / collectors, wash out and put back
• Deep cleaning the grill, pull forward, clean all around the back
• All oil vats to be emptied using a machine, clean out all areas of the station and put all equipment back
• Sweep floors, mop floors
• Scrub Legs and wheels of stations
• Washing all equipment that has been used on the previous shift
• Clen crew room, empty table, bins, sweep and mop
• Freezer and chillers to be emptied out, walls, floors and shelves to be cleaned
Again as already explain this role isnt the most glorified role, you must be aware its a role that is greasy and not the best smell to be around., Every year, you'll have a review with your manager, which can make a real difference to your pay. You'll get a bigger pay rise if your reviews show you're doing well.
