Full Job Description
- Guest Experience : Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
- Front Office Support : Assist with check-in, check-out, and room inventory management.
- Food & Beverage Service : Contribute to the operation of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Operational Tasks : Assist with various operational tasks, including cleaning, restocking, taking deliveries, and organizing back-of-house areas.
- Payment Processing : Handle guest payments and billing transactions accurately.
- Safety Compliance : Adhere to all food safety, licensing, and health and safety regulations.
- Teamwork : Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve common goals.
- Brand Promotion : Represent the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.
You have high energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude You are good with people and enjoy chatting with guests You are a skilled multi-tasker who can balance hard work with great service You understand that being relaxed isn't the same as being lazy You are a clear communicator fluent in English (additional languages are a plus!) Preferable Experience : Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and / or Micros Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws Minimum 1 year of experience working within a hotel's hospitality department Experience in hotel reception or bar operations is preferred.
