Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to come and work in a joint position within the 111 (2) Mental health service and the Darlington Crisis team. The role will be to work alongside the 111(2) service carrying out crisis triage and assessment and to support staff working within the 111(2) service offering advice, guidance and signposting. Successful candidates will be offered the opportunity to work within the Darlington site based at West Park Hospital., The team operates over 24 hours, 7 days a week, 12 hour shift pattern.

We have posts available within our service and we are looking for passionate, skilled qualified clinicians to join us.

The team takes a recovery orientated, formulation driven approach which values shared decision making.

Candidates must have 18 months post qualifying experience including sign off of appropriate preceptorship or competency framework., As a member of the team you will provide a service to those individuals who present with a mental health crisis who require crisis triage and assessment. Applicants should be highly motivated, have the ability to act on own initiative and have sound assessment and written skills.
