Critical Care Nurses Wanted: Flexible Shifts, Easy Role, and Full Support Always Provided
Paragon Home Healthcare is looking for skilled and compassionate Critical Care Nurses to support a wonderful client in Eastbourne with advanced clinical care needs following a spinal cord injury.
This is a well-structured role where you'll always work alongside a supportive colleague-ensuring that no task is ever handled alone. The care environment is calm and well-organized, with everything you need in place to make the job straightforward and rewarding.
What We Offer
PAYE or Self-Employed Contracts - Choose what works best for you!, You'll provide high-quality care with a focus on teamwork and simplicity in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Deliver care including ventilator and tracheostomy management.
Monitor the client's condition, administer medications, and maintain accurate care records.
Work alongside an experienced HCA or colleague to handle tasks efficiently.
Collaborate closely with the clinical team and the client's family to ensure the care plan runs smoothly.
Experience: At least 12 months in ICU/ITU or complex care.
Qualifications: Active NMC registration.
Skills: Confidence in clinical care, a team-focused attitude, and a friendly approach.
Day Shifts (8 a.m. - 8 p.m.): Approx. £33/hour weekdays, £40.20/hour weekends.
Night Shifts (8 p.m. - 8 a.m.): Approx. £40.20/hour all nights.
Travel Reimbursement: Expenses covered with added incentives for longer journeys.
