Full Job Description

The CRM Team looks after everything from email, mobile notifications, and targeted VOD campaigns.

This CRM Analyst role is designed to ensure we are testing and learning long term as well as from each individual campaign.

They will create and maintain reporting of CRM & digital activity across our programmes, working collaboratively with the Insights and Data teams to improve our measurement. They will be responsible for collating data, but most importantly delving into the details to translate it into tangible insight which can improve our output for the future.,

  • Understand ITV's viewers through data and insight

  • Work with internal and external teams, agencies and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of all CRM and VOD campaigns.

  • Analyse previous campaign performance and draw meaningful insights which can feed, inform and shape subsequent campaigns

  • Use 1st party data as well as 3rd party data to understand and recommend best practice across CRM and social media

  • Set up, test and analyse results to bring insight to campaign strategy

  • Update & iterate all reporting dashboards, including VOD campaign results and CRM Health Metrics, bringing and centralising all the data sources

  • Handle raw data and create required reports

  • Bringing insight weekly to active campaigns and communicate effectively to strategy and content teams

  • Monitor the effectiveness of the CRM and VOD activity and guide the team towards optimisation and change which increases impact on KPIs

  • Drive a test and learn culture in the CRM team to identify, evaluate and accelerate opportunities for targeted owned media.

  • Track performance of our automated journeys, gaining an understanding of the total user journey

  • Manage forecasting for the team in terms of annual planning as well as streams and MAUs revenue

  • Monthly and quarterly performance reporting across the team

    Experience in a data-led digital marketing environment

  • Previous experience in an customer analysis role

  • Experience visualising data in an engaging way

  • Highly data-literate with proven experience interpreting data to aid decision making and make recommendations.

  • Motivated and organised to deliver work to a high standard and to deadlines

  • Highly collaborative, working comfortably within a complex matrix environment

  • Ability to build strong relationships with the Data & Insight, Technology and Marketing teams

  • Able to translate needs from multiple stakeholders into actionable requirements and prioritise appropriately

  • Able to take the initiative and work independently, with a can-do, get things done approach

  • Continuously thinking ahead, identifying and flagging any issues before they arise

  • A passion for TV, ITV and its role in popular culture

  • Knowledge of Braze (desirable)
