At Pets at Home, we're looking for a CRM Analyst to join our team, partnering with our CRM function to enhance customer journeys and drive campaign success., As a CRM Analyst, you'll play a key role in targeting, analysing and optimising CRM campaigns to boost consumer engagement and maximise Return on Investment (ROI).,

• Working with the CRM team to deliver data selections via Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Analysing and presenting campaign performance to improve future strategies
• Supporting automation efforts to increase efficiency and ensure data accuracy
• Designing and implementing test matrices for optimised learning

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex data sets
• Experience with CRM or service journey design
• SQL experience
• Experience with campaign management tools (Salesforce, Unica, Oracle) is a plus
