Full Job Description

Are you a data-driven CRM Analyst? Join our Marketing team and support our Vet business here at Pets at Home., As a CRM Analyst, you'll play a key role in defining, delivering and optimising customer journeys throughout the lifecycle, while using campaign analytics to enhance performance and Return On Investment (ROI).

As part of the Campaign Analytics function, you'll be instrumental in digitising processes and improving channel delivery via Email, Push notifications and SMS.

The role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth (Cheshire).

Key Responsibilities will include;

  • Utilising Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive Vet Client communications and campaign impact

  • Analysing marketing activity performance, providing insights and strategic recommendations

  • Delivering quarterly campaign reviews and complex customer journey selections

  • Driving process automation, ensuring efficient, error-free execution

  • Conducting quality checks on campaign selections and ensuring strong data governance

  • Designing and embedding test matrices for campaign optimisation and producing performance reports

    Experience with campaign management tools (Salesforce, Unica, Oracle)

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL

  • Experience in CRM or service journey design/implementation

  • Ability to manage relationships and follow structured processes

  • Knowledge of CRM principles and retail industry experience is desirable
