At Kensington and Chelsea, we put our local residents and businesses at the core of every decision, working together to deliver efficient, high-quality services. Our Housing Management ICT team is committed to driving forward innovative CRM solutions that empower service delivery and improve the lives of those we serve. We're looking for a dynamic CRM Business Analyst to join us in shaping the future of our Housing IT systems.

The Role:

As a CRM Business Analyst, you'll be working closely with a passionate ICT team, collaborating with business stakeholders and functional consultants to improve and support our Dynamics CRM system. This role will see you facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements, producing functional specifications, and coordinating system upgrades and developments. Your key focus will be ensuring our CRM processes are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with legal and regulatory standards, such as GDPR. This is a hands-on role where your expertise in Dynamics CRM will shine as you work on system enhancements, testing, and providing support to users.

Please refer to the

About You:

You should have strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365, with the ability to develop business workflows and communicate the benefits of CRM to stakeholders. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will help you support users and deliver high-quality solutions. Experience in delivering CRM projects end-to-end is a must, as is the ability to produce functional documentation and support testing processes.

In return, you can expect a competitive salary, generous leave entitlements, and a high-quality pension scheme.

Please apply online by explaining how you meet the requirements in the person specification and job description. CVs will not be considered for this role.
