Full Job Description

We're looking for a CRM campaign manager to join our Insurance Marketing team.

In this role, you'll lead and develop a team of three colleagues, whilst embedding our CRM strategy in Insurance which is a key focus area for the business. We'll look to you to oversee data-driven optimisation and customer journeys through our CRM platform, Salesforce, to support the team in delivering innovative marketing campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our campaign strategy, make a real impact to a key area of our business, and develop your skills.

What you'll do

  • Lead on establishing and embedding the CRM strategy for Insurance, setting the direction for wider teams to make sure we're continually striving for strategy to be delivered

  • Oversee CRM campaign performance against our yearly marketing plan, making sure we're driving growth within our insurance products

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, such as Central CRM functions, and external agencies to help deliver our CRM initiatives, using your influencing skills to drive prioritisation

  • Build positive relationships with the wider marketing and CRM teams, making sure our campaigns are complimentary, integrated, and compelling

  • Spot opportunities for better utilisation of our Insurance data, as well as that more broadly within the wider business, to drive growth within Insurance

  • Lead and coach three direct reports with line management responsibilities

    Proven experience of CRM/data marketing and managing marketing campaigns across a variety of channels

  • Experience of working with commercial targets and striving towards them

  • The ability to lead a team with experience of managing, coaching or mentoring others

  • A talent for building and influencing positive relationships at all levels

  • Creativity and a passion for exploring new marketing initiatives

  • The ability to prioritise and manage workload, both yours and others, in a fast-paced environment

    Up to £58,000 plus excellent benefits including private healthcare (Work Level 5)

  • 12-month fixed-term contract
