Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CRM Communications Manager to lead and optimize our CRM strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted, data-driven campaigns that enhance customer engagement, drive retention, and foster brand loyalty.

What you will be doing

  • Responsible of the operational process: daily monitoring of team's Jira board, task management and process optimisation

  • Responsible of the operational process: daily monitoring of team's Jira board, task management and process optimisation

  • Ensuring the team are meeting daily deadlines and objectives in a fast-paced environment

  • Steering special projects and cross-company programmes

  • Capable of communicating with various stakeholders and providing robust technical solutions

  • Capable of being fully autonomous in the comms vertical - searching for content enhancements, operational excellence and supporting stakeholders with the different business requirements

  • Create or update email templates, push or inbox and support the business with new feature requirements, using Adobe Campaign or Movable Ink

  • Mentoring team members: provide technical guidance, supporting business needs developing new capabilities and training the team

    Experience managing or leading a team

  • Experience in CMS and email marketing tools (Adobe Campaign or Movable Ink) and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (with experience coding for email)

  • Collaborator with extensive communication and social skills

  • Highly organized and process driven
