Within student recruitment, marketing and events there are exciting projects being developed around our approach to Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM). So, we're looking for an inspiring and enthusiastic CRM Coordinator to join us on a 1yr Fixed Term contract.

The role and about you

We are seeking a remarkable team player to provide additional capacity within the CRM team whilst existing team members are supporting the implementation of innovative developments. This fixed term role will be vital to ensuring the continued smooth, uninterrupted delivery of business critical activity. Allowing the CRM team overall to continue supporting recruitment communication demands effectively whilst also remaining flexible and responsive to emerging priorities as needed.

As CRM Coordinator, you will play an integral role in the delivery of core lead capture and conversion activities both pre and post application using CRM systems and processes to build or maintain regular conversion journeys, templates, forms and workflows to communicate with prospective students and applicants. Alongside this, you will support the implementation of ad-hoc communication activities and needs of teams across Marketing, Recruitment & Events, Admissions, and the International Office.

You will bring an ambition to play a major part in supporting the delivery of the recruitment strategy through application of strong data and communication approaches. You'll also be a flexible team-player who can deliver high quality, effective outputs to deadlines and priorities. You will ideally have basic HTML or similar technical skills and combine these with excellent communication skills and a positive supportive attitude allowing you to work confidently across teams and with colleagues at all levels.
