Full Job Description

Reporting to the CRM Manager you will take full ownership of the execution process for all CRM campaigns for LiveScore Bet across the Netherlands, Nigeria and Bulgaria (Dec 2024 expected launch). You will be tasked with helping to plan, create, manage and deploy all planned and reactive campaigns to the highest standard. This will include writing copy and managing the translation process (where applicable), applying personalisation, segmentation and dynamic content. You will be naturally analytical, ensuring a high level of targeting, testing and analysis across all campaigns.

  • Help to plan, create and optimise multi-channel campaigns that drive retention and commercial uplift

  • Produce high quality campaigns that are customer centric and innovative

  • Help with weekly campaign reporting and commercial analysis - You'll work with the team to provide recommendations and key takeaways.

  • Work closely with the rest of the CRM team to continually develop and optimise our campaigns and journeys, applying a 'test and learn' methodology

  • Work in conjunction with the Insights team to deep dive into behaviour vs value, which will help to define our targeting and segmentation

  • Help to establish and develop best working practices and processes with account managers, customer support and risk teams

  • Work closely with all operational teams (i.e. Customer Services and Sportsbook Operations), answering quickly and professionally all escalated support queries

  • Execute a weekly and monthly CRM testing strategy to ensure all campaigns are fluid, make sense and are supported by the wider business functions

  • To work on any other reasonable task required by your Manager

  • Experience using a CRM platform is a plus (Xtremepush a bonus)

  • Knowledge/interest of sports (local and international) and/or casino products

  • Extremely organised with a passion to drive optimisation through quantitative and qualitative insight

  • Enthusiastic and naturally inquisitive

  • Excellent with time management and ability to multitask

  • Proficient using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)

  • HTML skills advantageous (ability to edit existing code)

  • Self-starter that can take the initiative with the ability to build strong working relationships
