Full Job Description

To support the Senior CRM Manager in delivering our CRM programmes, achieving customer retention and engagement targets for a variety of Which? subscription products & services.

You will play a key role in executing our quarterly delivery plan. You will work with the Senior CRM Manager to maintain the momentum on this plan and deliver optimisations, insights, and improvements (in terms of comms and processes) that help drive our CRM capability forwards.

You will have the opportunity to work across both retention and engagement.,

  • Playing a key role in delivering retention and engagement targets across our membership bases through planning and implementing CRM activity.

  • Work with Senior CRM Manager to identify, scope and build key automated CRM journeys and ongoing maintenance and improvement of existing customer journeys through regular reviews and test & learn activity.

  • Support with the integration of a new Customer Data Platform and data strategy. Work with the team to maximise on the CDP and develop new tailored, omnichannel campaigns that impact engagement and retention.

  • Champion CRM, sharing the progress of your campaigns with the CRM team and wider marketing team

    Proven experience of delivering successful CRM marketing activities, hands on experience working with a CRM/email provider and understanding of industry best practice

  • Effective organisational and project management skills

  • Proven numeracy & business analysis skills

  • Experience and understanding of data analysis and evaluation to meet business needs

  • Skilled communicator with the ability to present to others and to work effectively in a team

    This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working (London/Hybrid (min 1 day a week in the office, typically Tuesdays)), 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme.


  • Salary £35,000 - £37,000 per annum, We also have these benefits for you to consider:
