Full Job Description

In this role, you'll be reporting into the Senior CRM manager and be responsible for managing CRM campaigns (email, direct mail, push) and landing page builds, across a variety of Which? membership products & services. Your efforts will play a crucial role in increasing customer retention and engagement.

You will own assigned CRM programmes in our busy comms schedule and it will be your responsibility to optimise them using the technology at your disposal (Marketing Cloud for email). You'll innovate, iterate and report back on your results.

As an essential member of our team, you'll help execute our quarterly project plan, working closely with the Senior CRM Manager/Senior CRM Exec to keep projects on track and document outcomes. This is an opportunity to make a real impact and grow with us.,

  • Manage and optimise assigned CRM programs, from execution to performance improvement, ensuring seamless delivery and effectiveness.

  • Coordinate optimal send times with stakeholders, implement A/B testing, and provide insights through detailed reporting.

  • Execute assigned tasks from the quarterly project plan, driving CRM innovation and enhancing the relevance and personalisation of communications within agreed timelines.

  • Assist in integrating a new customer data platform to drive the development of tailored, omni-channel campaigns that enhance customer engagement and retention.

  • Champion CRM, sharing the progress of your campaigns with the CRM team and wider marketing team.

    Proven experience of delivering successful CRM marketing activities

  • Hands on experience working with a CRM/email provider

  • Effective organisational and project management skills

  • Experience and understanding of data analysis and evaluation to meet business needs

  • Skilled communicator with the ability to present to others

    The role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working (London office 1 day a week, typically Tuesdays), 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme.


  • Salary £28,000 - £32,500 per annum, We also have these benefits for you to consider:
