Full Job Description

As the CRM Executive, you will play a key role in the Digital Marketing & Brand team in the day-to-day activities and upkeep of the CRM system and application of marketing technologies to support the firm's marketing and business development goals. The Marketing Technology Executive will also support in other areas of the Digital Marketing & Brand team., CRM

  • Utilising data best practices, internal processes and research to ensure contact and company data are current, complete and correct
  • Enforce the CRM system's data standards, nomenclature and compliance with GDPR and other internal data protection policies
  • Support the Business Development team on building targeted mailing lists and other CRM-best practice queries
  • Investigate and troubleshoot on issues and queries raised by users; coordinate with relevant Technology team(s) on resolving technical issues
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes and support in its solution development
  • Support the Marketing Technology Manager by carrying out tasks in a data cleansing project
  • Help to ensure training documentation and guides are kept up to date
  • Update CRM content to our BD&M intranet pages as required
  • Email marketing
  • Become as expert on the effective use of our email marketing platform
  • Advise users on email marketing campaign best practices and ensure campaigns adhere to brand guidelines
  • Answer queries and troubleshoot on issues as they arise
  • Reporting
  • Provide support to regular and ad-hoc reporting across all digital and marketing platforms: website, CRM, email marketing, and social media
  • Identify areas where reports can be automated and collaborate with our Technology team(s) in its creation
  • Other ad-hoc Digital Marketing and brand team tasks
  • Create and update website pages, such as briefings, website bios, and event pages
  • Monitor and triage queries from the shared inbox in line with SLAs
  • General ad-hoc administrative and data marketing and research tasks as required

    The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, an understanding of Marketing Technology (MarTech) tools (specifically CRM), knowledge of marketing and digital marketing principles, and an interest in the legal industry., Minimum 1- 2 years' experience with InterAction or another CRM system and maintaining data quality
  • Understanding and familiarity of marketing and data protection principles
  • Experience with email marketing tools is highly desirable
  • Experience updating and maintaining a content management system is desirable
  • Previous experience in professional services or an ad or marketing agency is desirable, Strong attention to detail including proofreading skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good written communication skills
  • Focused and diligent
  • Excellent IT skills, in particular Excel and proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
