CRM Manager

As the CRM Manager, you will lead our customer engagement strategies to maximise lifetime value, activation and retention. This role includes refining current initiatives and developing new strategies to enhance customer engagement through data-driven insights. You will be instrumental in optimising email lifecycle, loyalty programs, and personalised communication to ensure impactful campaigns and high deliverability.

You will be responsible for:

• Develop and manage the CRM strategy focusing on customer lifecycle, segmentation, and engagement.


• Utilise data-driven insights for effective business customer segmentation and communication.


• Implement and continuously optimise customer lifecycle management strategies to foster long-term loyalty.


• Analyse campaign performance to report on performance and plan optimisations to increase engagement and conversion rates.


• Ensure CRM best practices and compliance in all communications.


• Manage email calendar, deliverability, and perform monthly reporting.


• Implement a robust A/B testing strategy to refine user journeys and optimise campaign performance.


• Act as the subject matter expert on CRM tools and systems.


• Prioritise the CRM roadmap, aligning with business objectives and leading its execution across multiple channels.
  
  4-5 years of experience in a senior CRM role with a focus on B2C email campaigns.


• Proficiency in Braze or similar cross-channel marketing platforms.


• Complementary analytical and creative abilities.


• Expert in creating engaging and persuasive copy.


• Strong attention to detail, quality and accuracy.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.


• Proven project management and presentation skills; ability to drive projects with minimal oversight.

  £50,000 - £60,000 per annum dependent on experience
