Full Job Description

We are looking for a CRM Manager to take a leadership role in our CRM team. We are responsible for our customer communications and marketing automation across the customer lifecycle. We operate across a range of marketing channels but have a particular expertise in email. Please note, the minimum expectation for office attendance is two to three days per week in our central London office.,

  • A hybrid senior role within a team working on CRM campaigns, automation and lifecycle moments, with a particular focus on email
  • Measuring, interpreting and optimising all aspects of the CRM programme - across acquisition, conversion, customer management, value, and feedback
  • Identifying, prioritising and managing projects
  • Making change happen - this is not a static role and you will have latitude to shape both what you work on, and the way we communicate with our customers
  • Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day
