Full Job Description

The purpose of this role is to create and deliver the strategy for using data to sell tickets and other products for the Roundhouse. You will be responsible for improving our use of data and insights in order to sell tickets to our gigs, artistic performances, memberships and other products.
The CRM Manager will have ownership of all email touchpoints and will inform our social media strategy to optimise customer journeys with a view to cultivate long-term audience engagement that delivers against revenue and participation targets. You will work with marketing leads to ensure that we are defining our target audiences, messaging, assessing and adapting communications throughout a campaign lifecycle with a focus on achieving sales targets.

You are commercially-minded, strategic and focused on outcomes with demonstrable experience in designing and delivering CRM strategy to improve engagement and ultimately drive sales.
