CRM Marketing Assistant

University of Staffordshire is looking for a CRM Marketing Assistant to support the CRM Marketing Team.
They will support the delivery of marketing communications to prospective students and improve engagement and conversions across the customer journey. With a focus on coordinating CRM content requirements, the CRM Marketing Assistant will contribute to increasing event bookings and attendance rates. They will also contribute to the delivery of wider CRM marketing strategy and engage with other teams to share insights to inform marketing and recruitment activity and decision making.
The individual must be familiar with planning, setting up, delivering and reporting on marketing and/or communications activity. This will involve an understanding of campaigns, content, compliance and data protection. In a busy environment, they will be required to meet a consistently high standard, assisting with the delivery of campaigns to deadline and on-brand. We are seeking an individual with experience in a similar role, with strong organisation, communication and analysis skills.
