Full Job Description

As an experienced CRM Specialist, you'll be responsible for driving the development, maintenance, and integrity of the dealership customer database. To ensure our customers have a luxurious and satisfied journey with Aston Martin Works you'll be providing data-driven insights to the dealerships and management team to optimise the CRM marketing activities. You'll create and develop customer segmentation analysis to help the business make informed decisions and drive campaigns.

Working closely with the cross-functional departments and management team you'll understand and interpret their business needs create and implement various effective digital marketing and business strategies streamline and automate key activities where necessary.

You'll understand, create, and implement a first-class communications strategy across our Aston Martin Works customers by devising fully automated customer journey key touchpoints. You'll create an effective and efficient communications strategy for auto-generated communications ensuring customer records are accurate, comprehensive, and GDPR compliant.

You'll be a confident, analytical, self-starter with a creative mindset who enjoys thinking outside the box. You'll have exceptional communication skills and the confidence to challenge and persuade where required. You'll have excellent time management and organisational skills as you'll be working to multiple ever-changing priorities/deadlines. You'll be highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ideally, you'll have sufficient experience gained within a similar fast-paced CRM role within the automotive sector. You'll have experience in using CRM databases such as Salesforce, and DMS (Dealer Management System).

The working pattern for this role is Monday - Thurs 8am - 4.30pm and Friday 8am - 3pm with an expectation to be site-based (Newport Pagnell) 100% of the time due to the nature of the role. We can offer flexible start and finish times for the right candidate.
