Full Job Description

We are seeking a CRM System Administrator to join an expanding team working with various areas of the university.

You will be responsible for providing day to day support across the CRM ecosystem, supporting colleagues to enhance all areas of CRM, by producing and analysing data and implementing system improvements.

We are looking for someone who:

Has worked closely with MS Dynamics CRM

Can work collaboratively with users and stakeholders to formulate implementation plans Has led and managed the training of users in new IT systems

Can analyse datasets and create reports for stakeholders Has experience of user acceptance testing processes

Can work with suppliers and internal IT teams to resolve issues

This full-time post is available immediately on a permanent basis.

The starting salary will be from £33,232 on Grade E, depending on qualifications and experience.

This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working - some time on campus and some from home.
