The CRM Traffic & Ops Lead will work with a large and busy CRM team and is responsible for ensuring the seamless and efficient flow of CRM campaigns & projects. The ideal candidate will provide operational support with strong project management skills and demonstrate excellent management of the end-to-end marketing processes.

This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to work in a fast-paced environment in retail. The right candidate will have a proven track record of delivering operational efficiency and embedding best practice within a large marketing function.

Key Responsibilities:

-Act as the central point of contact for all CRM projects, coordinating the planning, delivery and execution of campaigns and working with wider teams to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables
-Manage and maintain project schedules anticipating potential blockers & inefficiencies in workflows, processes, and systems
-Developing and implementing workflows and procedures to streamline campaigns and project execution and enhance productivity
-Ownership of CRM Process Adaption and upskill team in best practice
-Being the main point of contacts for escalations and process clarification
-Ensuring all steps of the campaign development & production process are followed and where relevant, documented
-Support in the delivery of quarterly and monthly planning sessions and sprint planning
-Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
-Providing regular status reports and updates to senior stakeholders
-Accountable for holding regular retro sessions with team and stakeholders and implement action plans in timely fashion
-Continuously reviewing process and works with all stakeholders to optimise

Required Skills & Experience:

-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, traffic management or project management role
-Proficiency in marketing automation, project management software (Wrike, Asana, Trello, Jira)
-Project management qualification is desirable
-Highly organised with problem-solving skills and proactive approach to addressing challenges
-Able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working across teams and managing stakeholders
-Collaborative and team-orientated with commitment to achieving shared goals
-Experience working in digital marketing channels and end-to-end campaign process
-To have proven experience in workflow management, project management
