Our client, a leading crop production and grain marketing company in the UK, is seeking a highly skilled Crop Production Technical Advisor to provide expert technical support and advice to their regional commercial teams across all combinable crops., The Crop Production Technical Advisor will play a crucial role in delivering technical expertise and strategic guidance to support the company's commercial teams, ensuring the successful implementation of crop growing protocols and sustainable crop production practices.,
- Provide regular in-season technical bulletins for combinable crops
- Deliver technical support to regional commercial teams
- Develop and implement crop growing protocols and strategies
- Collaborate with Sustainable Crop Production teams on environmental requirements
- Produce written content for website, blogs, and publications
- Support the delivery of trial protocols for combinable crops
- Process and summarise data to support technical and commercial strategy
- Ensure technical content is legal and compliant
Proven experience in a technical role within agriculture - Commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage varied workloads
- Effective presentation skills for internal and external audiences
- Registered BASIS qualification
- Previous field agronomy and crop nutrition/protection experience (desirable), Do you have a valid UK driving licence? required
