CSR Executive

Are you passionate about sustainability and looking to make a real impact in the catering world? We're seeking a dedicated CSR Executive to help bring our green vision to life. You will be responsible for supporting effective implementation of CSR activity within the business, championing ethical and environmentally friendly practices through a collaborative approach with our onsite teams and clients. You will report into the CSR Manager. CSR Executive Responsibilities

• Implement action plans with operational teams for ongoing sustainability and social value improvements.
• Drive central CSR strategy, translating ambitions into tangible activities across sites.
• Support the CSR project plan, ensuring alignment with objectives, including the Elior Net Zero plan.
• Facilitate team CPD on emerging sustainability and social value trends.
• Align central CSR strategies with divisional senior management and sector targets.
• Develop tools to measure environmental and social impact of services.
• Audit, analyze, and report sustainability performance to senior management.
• Focus on data for monthly/annual reports, supporting client sustainability agendas.
• Collaborate with operations teams, providing guidance and support.
• Promote CSR policies and initiatives via internal/external communications, including social media.
• Champion sustainability and social value across the business.
• Provide first-line CSR support to operations teams.
• Create case studies to share and encourage best practices.
• Coordinate community and charity initiatives.
