• Culinary Innovation: Design and develop fresh, inventive menus that elevate our venues' food offerings, tapping into local and seasonal ingredients and the latest culinary trends.
• Team Leadership: Inspire, train, and mentor a team of talented chefs and culinary professionals, building a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day culinary operations, including purchasing, inventory management, and food quality standards, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Guest Experience: Constantly enhance the guest experience by refining food presentation, flavors, and service standards that meet the high expectations of our clients and guests.
• Financial Acumen: Develop and manage culinary budgets, monitor costs, and analyse financial performance to ensure profitability while maintaining quality and innovation.
• Sustainability: Champion sustainable sourcing, reduce waste, and drive environmental initiatives in line with Levy's commitment to sustainability.
  
  A passion for culinary innovation and delivering memorable guest experiences
• Proven experience in a high-volume, multi-outlet environment; sports and entertainment venue experience is a plus!
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating top-performing culinary teams
• Excellent understanding of budgeting, P&L management, and operational cost controls
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
