Full Job Description

Supervising enhanced prison inmates, assisting with preparing and cooking prisoners meals.
- Cooking in bulk and ensuring all health and safety rules are adhered to.
- Ensure tasks are appropriately allocated so that teams are fully utilised and food preparation activities are delivered, using standard recipes and in line with Aramark brand standards.
- Ensured efficient execution and delivery of all food line products in line with the daily menu.
- Maintain integrity of the standard Aramark food offer, responsible for always maintaining food quality and integrity of items

You will be set up for success if you have

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen, working alongside enhanced inmates, and helping ensure the smooth function of the unit. You will support them on the production and cooking of foods for up to 2000 prisoners and be responsible for the preparation of basic quality foods within a set pre ordered menu. You will be working with a team of Chefs and will need to be motivational and have a positive outlook and excellent attention to detail., Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have a legal right to work.
- Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
- Previous supervisory skills (2 years minimum).
- Relevant culinary qualification.
- Experience working in a large-scale kitchen.

Shifts range between 7am
