Full Job Description

Lewisham College requires a dedicated, enthusiastic and efficient person to take on the role of EHE Administrator Coordinator to join our highly congenial team.

The main responsibilities of this role include preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form. Dealing with queries in person, on the phone and by email. Supervising young learners during break times. Managing the daily operations as directed by Head of Faculty, NCG seeks to promote and maintain an equal, diverse, inclusive and supportive environment for work and study that assists all members of our communities to reach their full potential. We are committed to achieving a truly representative workforce and therefore welcome applications from across the national and regional communities that we work with and serve.

Successful applicants will be computer literate, able to develop and maintain positive professional relationships with 14 - 16 yr old learners and be prepared to supervise learners in class when required. An ability to self-manage workload, meet deadlines and strong oral and written communication skills are essential requirements. English and mathematics qualifications at level 2 an advantage., Disability Confident
