Are you an ambitious and passionate teacher looking for a role as Curriculum Leader MFL?

Oasis Academy Lord's Hill is looking to recruit a dynamic and inspiring middle leader to lead the next phase of curriculum development for our talented MFL team as we deliver our vision:

We are searching for somebody who can join us on the next phase of our journey. This will involve responsibilities and experiences which will provide excellent preparation for those aspiring for senior leadership in the future.

Job/Person Summary

The successful candidate will be required to teach all abilities across KS3 and KS4 to the highest standard and continue to ensure that MFL remains core to all we do in Academy life as part of our EBacc suite of subjects.

This role offers excellent opportunities for the right candidate to develop their role working in collaboration with the other Academies in Southampton. You must be able to use a range of teaching strategies to inspire and motivate our students and demonstrate a commitment to sharing best practice with colleagues in the department. We are looking for a passionate teacher who shares our desire for the highest academic standards for young people.

A willingness to support the Academy ethos and extra-curricular activities within the Academy is essential.
