Capital City College is the largest provider of ESOL In London and at the Enfield Centre there is an extensive and high-quality curriculum offer to 16-18 and adult learners from Pre-Entry Level to Level 1, in range of courses both full and part-time. You will be responsible for a defined set of courses and work alongside another Curriculum Manager to ensure our diverse cohort of learners experience the post possible education to enable them to develop in their own lives., We are committed to the safeguarding and protection of young people and adults and follow Safer Recruitment processes. All successful candidates will need to complete a DBS check, with some roles requiring an Enhanced check.

You will be a motivated and committed individual who embraces change and has the ability to respond proactively in range of situations. You will be an expert ESOL practitioner with the knowledge to enhance and develop the curriculum and staff base. You will be flexible, able to prioritise, and enjoy the challenges that a busy and thriving FE environment bring.
