Curriculum Sessional Support

As a teacher you would deliver inspiring teaching and learning and monitor progress in lessons. You will ensure all learners are on track to achieve their target grades through implementing appropriate assessments and providing high quality feedback. A teaching qualification is desirable, however we may be able to offer specific training for this role. As a cover teacher you will supervise students completing work set by teachers. Progress Tutor As a progress tutor you will manage and coach a case load of learners to ensure that our students become independent and progress successfully. You will deliver inspiring tutorial support., As an academic coach, you will be responsible for supporting students academically across one of our pathways. This will be through delivering group tutorial sessions, 1:1 pastoral support, 1:1 coaching sessions, delivering group academic interventions and coaching and supporting students with their UCAS applications and progression goals.

You will be enthusiastic and able to demonstrate the ability to motivate and engage learners, have strong interpersonal and organisational skills, and work effectively in a large cross-curricular team. You also will possess excellent planning and administration skills and be able to work to deadlines as well as being flexible in your approach to work.
