Full Job Description

We are seeking to recruit a Curriculum Team Manager for our SEND and High Needs Provision. You will be responsible for the quality of curriculum delivery and development and be able to work strategically to motivate students and staff to achieve at the highest level. The role is responsible for line managing the curriculum teams to ensure that all students have a high-quality learning experience and are appropriately supported to achieve their qualification aims and progression plans. The weekly teaching commitment for our CTM roles is 12 hours., Apart from our great location, our wonderful staff and positive culture, we also offer a range of other staff benefits, including generous annual leave and defined benefit pension schemes. You will have significant previous experience of a collaborative management style with experience of motivating teams to be engaged and highly perform. You will require excellent interpersonal and communication skills, full knowledge of the RARPA model, and extensive knowledge of curriculum design for SEND with a significant focus on Employment and Enterprise ensuring learners achieve their EHCP outcomes. You must have relevant SEND teaching experience, a teaching qualification (or willingness to undertake one), together with a relevant SEND specific qualification.
