Full Job Description

  • You will process sales orders via our in-house SAP system

  • You will manage hospital orders ensuring adherence to SOP's for controlled distribution products

  • You will maintain the system and ensure orders are ready for release reviewing order blocks and feeding back to the Customer Account executive

  • You will identify and resolve any pricing issues working with the Customer Account executive responsible and ensuring correct pricing is applied to the orders prior to release to warehouse

  • You will be responsible for daily liaison with the Demand Management team in terms of demand, customer reserve, EOQ and OMRS

  • You will work with the wider team to support stock allocations and releases

  • You will be working with our UK Quality team responsible for processing new complaints onto our in-house system (Trackwise). Responsible for all patient and HCP contact via the telephone and email. Always ensuring best in class service.

  • You will be responsible for analysis and data interrogation

  • You will be responsible for managing the UK general enquiries inbox, responding and triaging enquiries working to agreed timelines, SLA's and procedures

  • You will be responsible for new account set-up and account amendments in SAP, ensuring all correct licencing and banking information is present and evidenced

  • You will create customer licences adhering to MHRA guidelines

    Proven track record within a data entry and systems environment

  • High volume administration skills gained within an office environment

  • Excellent Excel skills gained within a working or studying environment

  • Desirable: EDI experience / SAP

  • Numeracy, good keyboard skills and adaptability

  • Good communications skills, ability to work on own initiative

  • Methodical and meticulous approach to work

  • Attention to detail
