Full Job Description

  • Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.

  • Propose and sell-up the additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process.

  • Quote & sell Service Plans to retain customers to the group.

  • Encourage customer satisfaction feedback via exit briefing & follow-up contact.


    • You will also be the go-to person when the customer wants us to:
  • Estimate repair costs and times.

  • Resolve any concerns when we suggest repairs.

  • Inform and update them on progress or additional works needed.

  • Prepare and explain invoices and take payments.

    Ideally we are looking for an experienced automotive Customer Advisor. But don't worry if you have no automotive experience, a passion for customer service, strong organisation and communication skills, and having a smile are the most important attributes as full training is available via our Performance Academy, with additional online and induction training.

As a customer advisor you will be the key link between our customers and our technicians, guiding each customer through the Stellantis &You customer journey.

    This is based at our Bristol Cribbs dealership: Lysander Rd, Patchway, Bristol, BS10 7TS

  • Base salary of £26,010

  • A competitive bonus OTE £40k
