Full Job Description
As a Customer Analyst, you'll be at forefront of creating innovative marketing analytic solutions. We operate across eleven countries, supporting our global community in three exciting areas: Digital, Customer and Location analytics.
Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do, working with regional colleagues to apply best practices, leverage global data and present insights that elevate customer experience and optimise our store portfolio. This is your chance to shine as an analytical rockstar, making a significant impact on Specsavers and the lives of our customers.
You'll provide analytical solutions within the Group Marketing function, supporting regional marketing stakeholders, connecting with our global community to deliver analytical roadmap, from data discoveries and campaign evaluations to segmentation, statistical models and AI magic. Your mission - to extract actionable insights from data and create compelling presentations of your findings, tailoring this to non-technical audiences.
Working closely with the Senior Customer Analyst, you'll help to deliver insights and analytical projects that drive strategies, diving deep into global CRM objectives and KPIs, evolving analytical models to support targeted and personalised customer communications. Your influence will guide stakeholders on marketing and CRM test and learn approaches. You'll also create reports and dashboards that help teams optimise campaign performance.
To be the best in this this role, you'll need a solid background working in marketing analytics and CRM, with a knack for numbers and experience in SQL or Python. Being skilled with visualisation tools like PowerBI will set you a part. If you can storyboard, create data centric presentations, engage stakeholders, then this role is perfect for you.
Up to £44,000 (depending on experience) + bonus and benefits
We offer two bonuses (personal performance paid quarterly and company performance paid annually) with private healthcare and dental cover and a generous pension scheme.
