Customer Arcade Assistant - Cricklewood, London

Join us as a Slots Host in our Cricklewood Club offering a 24 Hour contract working overnight in our Slots Room. Shifts will fall between 10pm and 9am (8 hour shifts within these times) and will include a mix of weekday and weekends.,

• Demonstrating how to enjoy the games on offer
• Providing new member tours with a clear, exciting and engaging explanation of what's on offer
• Maintaining an understanding of First Level Fault Fixing on Machines to resolve basic faults, if you're unable to fix the issue, escalating to relevant parties
• Playing a part in securely collecting money from the machines on a daily/weekly basis
• Ensuring you create a Safer Gambling Environment for all our Customers and Colleagues across all of our channels; online, in club and live

• A basic knowledge of gaming environments is beneficial for your role
