Customer Assistant

We are looking for a food and people passionate Shop Assistant to

join our friendly Wykham Farm Shop family.

You will be responsible for providing every

guest with an exceptional shopping experience.

We are proud of our Wykham

Park ethos which includes producing and selling our own home-grown produce

including fruit and vegetables and own reared lambs,pigs and cattle, all of

which are sold through our shop so we can ensure the freshest of ingredients

and the premium quality with the whole of our range.

Responsibilities

Provide great customer service and ability to recognise customer's needs

Be hard-working and flexible

Open to learning new skills and self-developing

Undertake all tasks; deli counter service; till operation and

re-stocking etc.

Able to respond to customer inquiries and requests with confidence

Desirable Skills

Experience in customer service or the want to learn and improve

Has the ability to remain calm in busy periods

Demonstrate organization, efficiency and prioritisation skills

Experience of working in a food environment and passion for fine and

high-quality produce

Desire to obtain knowledge on products with an ability to recommend and

up-sell products to customers
