Customer Assistant

We are on the lookout for dependable, well-presented, and versatile Customer Assistants to complement our team for this year's enchanting pantomime, "Cinderella"

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with us to tackle various tasks and events. Picture yourself selling programmes and merchandise during one shift and delivering top-notch bar service during another. I
t's a role filled with diversity, all aimed at ensuring every theatre visitor enjoys an exceptional experience.

Beyond the traditional roles of ushering and sales, we also handle bar sales and merchandise.

Our shifts are bustling just before the show and during intermissions, demanding quick-paced customer interaction to guarantee a memorable visit. In quieter moments, we hustle to reset the bar, replenish sales inventory, assist patrons, tidy up, and brainstorm fresh sales strategies.

Our shift schedules encompass days, evenings, weekends, and even bank holidays.
