Full Job Description

As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll be the heart and soul of Arjo, delivering exceptional customer service through inbound calls. You'll be the friendly voice our customers rely on, ensuring their needs are met while achieving both personal and team goals.,

  • Efficiently handle customer queries with professionalism, ensuring top-notch service on every call.

  • Take full ownership of customer interactions, managing expectations and keeping them informed - delivering what's promised, keeping the customer informed and up to date throughout.

  • Actively seek customer feedback through satisfaction surveys in line with KPIs.

  • Achieve your LIP's in line with the objectives set.

  • Continuously develop your skills and keep your Personal Development Log updated.

  • Achieve your objectives and identify opportunities for cross-selling.

  • Take full ownership of customer complaints with care and attention.

  • Implement coaching, feedback, and training outcomes.

  • Minimise errors and ensure accurate administration.

  • Arrange installations and cancellations of rental equipment.

  • Support Rental Service Technicians with their queries.

  • Ensure administration duties are completed accurately and within timescale.

  • Diplomatic, with outstanding listening and communication skills.

  • Good numerical skills and PC literacy, including MS Office.
