Full Job Description

The role of Customer Care advisor is all about working directly with our customers by taking calls and responding to and actioning their queries. Our Customer Care Advisors liaise with internal departments to resolve queries and report back to customers. This is an office based role at our Elland branch and working hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm. We need your experience and knowledge of customer service and dealing with queries; you'll offer support and insight and take action.
