Working closely with these customers and our internal colleagues we are able to manage one of the FMCG industry's most complex and sophisticated value chains, putting the consumer at the heart of everything we do. A day in the life of a Customer Collaboration Manager You will be the face of Nestlé in the Customer and you will coordinate supply into two key Value Retail customers across all Nestlé businesses, giving you exposure to a large number of stakeholders and a fantastic opportunity to expand your network. This channel is growing at pace, so you will be expected to accelerate and lead change and support these customers with Nestlé best practices. You will be responsible for maximising service and enhancing everyday operations through efficient management of inventory and stock availability. Key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Ensuring a high level of Customer Order Fulfilment
- Ensuring strong Depot availability of the Nestlé portfolio in the retailers by working with key Nestlé and Customer stakeholders
- Working closely with Order to Cash to ensure the smooth flow of orders, through regular health checks of customer data to improve ordering efficiencies
- Influence effectively across a broad range of stakeholders that span all Nestlé business functions internally and externally within the customers' business
- Identifying opportunities to remove waste from the value chain and to manage E2E Supply Chain projects, as well as leading on Cost to Serve opportunities with the customers
- Playing a supporting role in the monthly business process and facilitating monthly CPFR meetings with continuous scope to improve performance
- Delivering key seasonal events for Nestlé by coordinating internal & external stakeholders, requiring a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on service
- Building excellent relationships with key customer contacts and your Nestlé stakeholders, We are committed to equal opportunity for all and we may collect relevant data for monitoring purposes during our candidate registration process. Be yourself, everyone else is taken!
As a Customer Collaboration Manager you will be analytical, personable, and commercially savvy with a passion for problem solving. Ideally you will have experience from at least one the following areas; Demand or Supply Planning; Customer Service; Account Management; Sales or Procurement Management, and you will have some knowledge of the commercial process. FMCG experience would be a distinct advantage but not essential. You'll be working with a variety of stakeholders so it is important that you can work across a broad team, have effective communication skills and the courage to challenge and the ability to influence without authority. You will be passionate about delivering strong customer service and working collaboratively. You will be responsible for managing all Nestlé categories across multiple customers and therefore must be able to plan and prioritise your workload, whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail and achieving results. You will be able to demonstrate resilience and the ability to face into a challenge with a problem-solving attitude.
