Full Job Description

  • Becoming an expert on our customer journeys and helping our base teams communicate clearly and effectively with our customers.
  • Bringing clarity and confidence to other people's copy, driving increased brand trust and an excellent customer experience.
  • Collaborating with designers to produce high quality creative for our customer communications.
  • Clearly articulating the benefits or drawbacks of copy changes, projects, and channel requirements, providing recommendations back into the process.
  • Managing stakeholder requirements from across EE, developing strong working relationships and helping people understand our copy standards, tone of voice, change processes, and expectations.

    Be ideas led and always putting the customer experience first
  • Experience of writing marketing copy for online and digital channels
  • An eye for all things creative and the ability to challenge for the sake of positively developing our offering
  • The ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a busy studio environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
