Full Job Description

As Customer Contact Representative, you'll be speaking to customers through our outbound dialler, conducting security checks, and then connecting them to our call centre teams. You'll also be trained to take inbound calls, speaking with third parties and supporting customers with general queries. Your role will involve capturing details from third parties, as well as making sure that the data on our systems is up to date. You'll be supporting our customers, treating them fairly whilst ensuring that they get the best outcomes.

  • Clear and confident on the telephone.
  • Good listening skills and an ability to build rapport with customer.
  • Willingness to learn and improve.
  • Desire to achieve results, KPIs etc.
  • Work well in a team and the ability to multitask.
  • Able to demonstrate empathy and support customers to the right outcome.
  • You will have experience working with people and providing a service, in a contact centre is desirable.
