Full Job Description

As our CDD Quality Assurance Analyst you will:
- Carry out retrospective quality reviews to ensure policies and procedures have been followed in line with regulatory requirements and AML and Sanctions policies
- Be proactive in providing feedback to CDD Analysts and liaising with the Quality Assurance Managers, to provide feedback to Team Managers and Process & Complex Case Manager to identify gaps in processes and improve the customer experience
- Work with the Quality Assurance Managers and wider team to explore opportunities for improvement

Do you have existing skills and experience in Quality Assurance and CDD that will help to support us to drive positive improvements in our existing practices? If so, we have a new and exciting opportunity available for an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our innovative CDD team at Charities Aid Foundation (CAF)., This role is for you if you have experience of working within Customer Due Diligence and have experience of conducting Quality Assurance checks or have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference to society. We are looking for: - Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to Customer Due Diligence, specifically customer onboarding, account reviews and transaction monitoring
- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- A proactive individual who stays informed about industry best practices, regulatory changes, and company policies to ensure ongoing alignment of quality assurance processes
- A Self-motivated and action orientated individual with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders
- The ability to work under minimal supervision independently and collaboratively within a team as required
