  • Manage the end-to-end the delivery of over 150 Bupa Academy sessions annually achieving 70+ NPS, including liaising directly with senior management from the client and Bupa.
  • Lead regular client and intermediary facing meetings to prepare for Academy sessions to ensure the experience is tailored and meets customer needs. Includes briefing and coaching account managers and clinicians on presentation content.
  • Host each Academy session by presenting the introduction and summary sections of the modules in a live client facing environment and answering any questions related to our products and services live.
  • Manage all communications to support the Academy including providing clients with tailored follow-up comms to support their needs and enhance their ability to gain more value from their relationship with Bupa.
  • Build close working relationships with the clinical teams across Bupa to ensure the delivery of the Academy is seamless and professional. Offer feedback sessions on their delivery to improve the client experience.
  • Re-define and deliver the client experience programme. Create a market leading experience to target key strategic accounts. Manage end-to-end the delivery of 10+ events a year, managing cross functional teams to deliver a personalised, professional, and seamless on-site visit.
  • Support the creation of market leading content to engage key clients and intermediaries to position Bupa as the most trusted health and wellbeing partner.
  • Project manage the external B2B experiential programme to support the delivery of 10+ client and intermediary experiences annually, including managing external agencies, internal senior stakeholders and clinical teams.
  • Respond to strategic client marketing requests, ensuring communications are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Present in sales team meetings, provide appropriate updates and assess demands for the engagement programme and act on any feedback to improve the customer experience.

    Proven experience of working with corporate clients and intermediaries at Bupa
  • Experience delivering presentations to senior level management and clients.
  • End-to-end event management skills
  • Strong Bupa product and services knowledge, with ability to understand and intepret client data.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Proven communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Understanding of clinical insights and terminology
  • A confident decision-maker, comfortable working autonomously
  • Previous experience of working with external marketing agencies
  • Able to work within a project team both in terms of idea generation and delivery.
