Full Job Description

  • The role will be based onsite at one of our clients' offices in Hereford and Lincoln
  • Provide basic to intermediate level desktop installation
  • Configuration, support and troubleshooting services in the Wintel environment
  • Providing basic desktop support, offering simple fixes and fixing known errors
  • Provide effective and efficient customer service to the customer
  • Communicate with the customer keeping them informed progress to avoid escalations
  • Becoming hardware and software skilled and accredited through the appropriate vendor training programmes.

    In this role, you'll deliver hands-on technical IT support to one of our key customers, who operate across multiple UK sites. If you have a passion for IT, along with some knowledge of desktop/laptop technologies and Windows operating systems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!, An understanding of desktop/laptop technologies and windows operating systems
