Full Job Description
As a Customer Experience Advisor at Rendall & Rittner, you will :
- Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and email, addressing and resolving customer enquiries and issues promptly.
- Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction.
- Quickly and creatively solve customer problems, and proactively identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing insights and supporting peers to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive team environment.
- Stay updated on R&R products, services, and systems, seeking feedback and implementing suggestions to enhance customer service.
- Participate in training sessions to develop new skills and knowledge, open to learning about customer needs, preferences, and frustrations.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, articulating solutions clearly and professionally.
- Work well in a team environment, showing willingness to collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues.

Working Hours : Monday to Friday : 11 : 30 - 20 : 00 (One Saturday every 4 weeks : 08 : 30 - 16 : 00 with one weekday off when a Saturday is worked) Salary : £28,000 - £30,000 per annum Contract : A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.
