Full Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join our Income Team.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve their issues or determining the best individual to handle their income query.

You will provide administrative support to the income team and take ownership of some customer accounts including past and current customers.

This is a fantastic learning development chance for those looking to gain more insight into case diagnosis and handling of case distribution.

Having experience in a customer-focussed environment, you will be able to maintain high levels of customer service, whilst working under pressure.

You will be an excellent communicator and be able to use your own initiative to provide quick action solutions. As you will be working with a range of in-house databased and Microsoft Office, IT skills are needed for this role.
