Customer Experience Assistant - Casual contract (E4623) - Leeds Heritage Theatres

The Customer Experience Team is comprised of the Bar & Sales functions and the Sales & Customer Service functions (FOH) and we have casual contracts available in both sections. The main purpose of the team is to meet, greet and welcome customers when they arrive for a performance and ensure their safety and comfort during their visit as well as offering a friendly, fast and efficient bar service dependent upon your deployment.

Although on occasions we may have Events and Performances at any time our usual working hours are Monday to Saturday evenings (from 5pm) and daytime performances can be on Wednesday, Thursday or Saturday afternoons (from noon) and shifts are allocated on a monthly basis depending on your availability and the needs of the business.

Our entire Customer Experience Team works with a wide range of members of the public, providing a warm welcome to everyone at our performances and buildings. We work hard to make everything we do as accessible to the widest range of people we can.

The preferred candidate will like working with the public and have a friendly, approachable manner. They will have an interest in performing arts and cultural organisations in general.

Enthusiasm and cheerfulness are essential to gain the opportunity to join this team as well as a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
