Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Coordinator with a passion for travel to join our team! In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring clients have seamless and enjoyable travel experiences by coordinating personalized services and addressing their needs throughout the entire process. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all travel-related inquiries, concerns, and needs are addressed promptly.
  • Collaborate with travel advisors to create and enhance personalized itineraries, ensuring all details meet client expectations.
  • Coordinate with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and activity providers to ensure smooth arrangements for clients.
  • Proactively monitor client travel plans, resolving issues such as delays, cancellations, or itinerary adjustments.
  • Communicate updates, confirmations, and travel documentation to clients in a timely manner.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving the travel experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and special requests.
  • Assist in planning group travel, corporate events, and destination trips to meet client goals.

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A passion for travel and creating positive experiences for clients.
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems or willingness to learn.
  • Prior experience in travel coordination, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
