Customer Experience Supervisor (E4621) - Leeds Heritage Theatres

We have full and part-time roles available for Customer Experience Supervisors who will be deployed in the Bar and Sales section of the Customer Experience Team.

The role of Customer Experience Supervisor, deployed to the bar section, is to work on one of our bars at Leeds Grand Theatre or City Varieties Music Hall, with a small team. To be responsible for your area and supporting the team to ensure courteous and efficient sales and customer service and being the first point of contact for customers and staff.

Although on occasions we may have Events and Performances at any time our usual working hours are Monday to Saturday evenings (from 5pm) and daytime performances can be on Wednesday, Thursday or Saturday afternoons (from noon) and shifts are allocated on a monthly basis depending on the needs of the business.

Our entire Customer Experience Team works with a wide range of members of the public, providing a warm welcome to everyone at our performances and buildings. We work hard to make everything we do as accessible to the widest range of people we can.

The preferred candidate will like working with the public and have a friendly, approachable manner. They will ideally have worked in a similar role or have transferrable skills.

Enthusiasm and cheerfulness are essential to gain the opportunity to join this team as well as a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
